Mortgage interest rates are risk based
Mortgage interest rates are risk based, and every borrowers risk can vary. This is an industry standard for pricing mortgages and is set by Wall Street and not one lender is excluded from these risk based pricing guidelines. Across the board it is the same. The more risk there is, the higher the rate, or the more the costs. We like to find the right balance of costs versus interest rate.
