Closing costs

Don’t be confused by ads that mention a flat rate closing fee. All loans have nearly the same closing costs, these are unavoidable. However, we do have low closing costs and even no closing costs options that we will show are available when meeting to take your loan application. And yes, if you don’t have the cash in hand to pay your closing costs, these can be rolled into your loan and this is very customary.
